Elise Ronzetti has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate. She began her career at a money center bank structuring tax-exempt housing bonds to provide affordable rental housing. Elise then worked at MetLife where she led the asset and portfolio management of major commercial properties in the company's real estate portfolio. With her extensive background in real estate finance, Elise knows the importance of quality service, professionalism, and integrity. Elise resides with her family in Garden City and is an active member of her community. She has served as a PTA Chairperson for the Garden City PTA and also as Vice-President for the Garden City SEPTA.  Elise served as a member of the Board of Regents of NYU Winthrop University Hospital and as a member of the Winthrop University Hospital Buildings and Grounds Committee.
