What can I say, Elise was simply terrific! My wife and I had to sell our Garden City home to buy another and some tough decisions to make. During the process, Elise was a true professional who gave nudges when she should but was never pushy. Her local knowledge was very clear which turned out to be very valuable, throughout. Elise did all of the "big" things well but also paid attention to the details during the staging and open house process. She had good intuition which made her advice easy to take, and followed through until the end. While some people do not value (or discount) having an agent, I highly recommend you use an agent when they are as good as Elise (a real teammate)!

Elise is tremendous! She is incredibly knowledgeable. She listened and understood the unique requirements we had for buying a house and helped us identify appropriate properties. She has incredible integrity and also advised us to reject some of the homes we were considering as a result of issues she identified. She spent incredible time researching homes, areas, zoning issues, and so much more. She recommended an attorney, home inspector and more all of whom were excellent. When we found the home we wanted she helped strategize on the bids for us to get the property. Once we were in contract, she didn't stop. She helped us get into the house in advance of closing to take measurements and more. Elise was the consummate professional and we strongly recommend her to everyone.

Elise was absolutely amazing helping us find our home. We looked at a few properties with Elise and each one of the homes she found would have been great for us but luckily we listened to Elise and waited to see the last house (which we ended up buying). Elise listened to our home desires and really tailored the homes she showed us to those. She was very serious about our budget and kept the listings as close as she possibly could. If anyone is in the market for a new home, Elise is the best person to have on your side looking!

Elise Ronzetti recently helped us sell our home in Garden City, NY. The entire experience working with Elise was top notch and I can't recommend her highly enough. She met with us in our home, and made recommendations about some minor repairs that she thought we should take care of, which we did. She then brought her team in to get a consensus on a listing price. Once we were ready to put the house on the market Elise worked closely with us to prep and stage the house for sale. She was absolutely spot on about everything and we had two offers for the house from the initial weekend open house and both were slightly above our asking price. Elise, both sold my old house for top dollar as Seller Agent, and put me in a new home in Garden City a Buyer Agent, for what I thought was a very fair price, all in the course of 6 months (including closing times on both houses) I would say that is first rate Real Estate work.
